Monroe County D.A. Kevin Croninger has confirmed charges are to be filed against Campbell Police Chief Tim Kelemen for his criminal activity involving identity theft and intimidating a plaintiff in a federal case.
Campbell Town Board is meeting tuesday June 24 to discuss their options in light of the pending criminal charges against the police chief.
Discussion of sanctions against sergeant Fronk whom Kelemen implicated in his confession may also be discussed. Kelemen admitted sergeant Fronk knew about and may have participated in the identity theft/harassment of Tea Party organizer Greg Luce.
Part 2 of the interview video around 7:40 Kelemen says “I can’t say I was the only one that did it…I can’t say any other officers did it. It was almost like a joke. We’re going to sign him up for a bunch of email accounts.” He is admitting there were others involved!
Then det. Spencer asked “Did you tell anyone about it?” Kelemen lied again saying “No.” then immediately fessed up and said “Maybe Fronk my sergeant”.
We need investigators to question ALL officers as well as Chad Hawkins Town Clerk and the other employees at Campbell town hall. They all need to be asked if they knew about it or participated in it.
